Prior Experience

Before joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Rodriguez practiced as a corporate associate at the law firm of Cooley Godward LLP, focusing primarily on securities transactions, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of emerging growth companies. Prior to working at Cooley, Ms. Rodriguez was the Volunteer Legal Services Program Fellow. She worked at the Bar Association of San Francisco's Volunteer Legal Services Program in the Community Organization Representation Project representing tax-exempt organizations in the areas of tax and general corporate law.
