Ms. Brewer holds memberships in the American Bar Association (Exempt Organizations Committee), the D.C. Bar, the National Bar Association, Greater Washington Area Chapter – Women Lawyers Division (GWAC), the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ms. Brewer is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia.
Before joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Brewer served as Assistant General Counsel at Social Finance, Inc., a national nonprofit impact finance and advisory firm. There, she provided legal guidance on nonprofit corporate matters, SEC-registered investment adviser regulatory compliance, and impact-first investments.
Throughout her career, Ms. Brewer has advised or worked with a diverse range of nonprofits, from grassroots organizations to large global institutions. Her experience spans both legal and operational domains, equipping her with diverse knowledge about the sector.
