We are happy to share the news that Rob Wexler, Senior Counsel at our Firm, has been honored with the 2025 Vanguard Award for distinguished lifetime achievement in the nonprofit sector by the ABA Business Law Section.

Rob has indeed had a distinguished career. Over three decades as a Principal at our firm, he has worked with a broad range of clients, served on numerous committees, authored widely cited works, and shared his expertise as a sought-after speaker and teacher. His thought leadership has shaped the field in areas such as unrelated business taxable income, program-related investments, social enterprise, and hybrid corporate structures.
