Ms. Loewen Lazarow is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Ms. Loewen Lazarow is a guest lecturer with the Middlebury Institute for International Studies at Monterey, where she teaches social enterprise law.
Ms. Loewen Lazarow is admitted to the bar in the State of California and to the bar in the Province of Ontario (Canada).
Before joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Loewen Lazarow was an associate with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she represented renewable energy and social impact startup companies and coordinated pro bono activities. She has worked directly with many nonprofit organizations over the years, in Liberia, Ghana, India, Costa Rica, Swaziland, South Africa, Canada and the U.S., on issues spanning constitutional law reform, rule of law, women’s rights, health, education, agriculture, and environmental matters.
In her spare time, Ms. Loewen Lazarow enjoys novel writing, cooking experiments, hiking in the Marin Headlands near her home, and winning team sport participation awards.
