Mr. Sabur is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Bay Area Association of Muslim Lawyers.
Mr. Sabur has presented at national conferences, including BoardSource Leadership Forum and the North American South Asian Bar Association Annual Convention, spoken on national webinars, and organized and presented at regional seminars and trainings on governance matters and legal issues facing nonprofit organizations across the country.
Mr. Sabur is admitted to the bar in the states of California and Minnesota.
Before joining Adler & Colvin, Mr. Sabur served as the Director of the Program to Strengthen Muslim Charities at Muslim Advocates where he provided public charities and religious institutions with legal information and technical assistance, and advocated on issues affecting charities and community organizations.
Prior to law school, he served as a legislative and communications aide to U.S. Representatives Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) and Betty McCollum (D-Minn.), respectively.
