We are currently looking to fill the following positions in our office/administrative support team:

Legal Secretary

Our legal secretary is responsible for general and specialized secretarial and administrative duties. These include the following: creation, preparation, and/or proofreading of legal documents, reports, memoranda and correspondence; transcription; new client set-up; and a variety of support functions. This is a full-time position, working 7.5 hours per day during regular business hours (37.5 hours per week).

Basic requirements include:

  • Five years experience as a corporate legal secretary
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, document management and attorney timekeeping software, with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% accuracy
  • Experience in basic Internet research
  • High school diploma

Office Services/Receptionist

Our office services/receptionist floater works at both the front desk, performing receptionist duties, and in office services, performing clerical and administrative support. This is a part-time position, working 5 hours per day during regular business hours, either in the mornings or afternoons (25 hours per week).

Basic requirements include:

  • At least one year of experience in general office duties, preferably in a law firm environment
  • At least six months of experience as a receptionist on a multi-line phone system
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required, with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with 80% accuracy
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to lift, shift and transport materials up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to manage stressful situations with tact and professionalism
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to approach problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation in a collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed

We are currently looking to fill the following position in our Billing Team:

Billing Clerk

Our Billing Clerk is responsible for entry-level support, including heavy data entry. This can be either a part-time or full-time position.

Basic requirements include:

  • High school diploma
  • At least two years of experience in general office duties, preferably in a law firm environment
  • At least six months of legal billing experience
  • Knowledge of legal billing software. Omega experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required, with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% accuracy
