Prior Experience

Before joining Adler & Colvin, Ms. Dawson practiced as an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco. At Orrick, she served as Bond, Disclosure, and Underwriter’s Counsel for numerous public finance transactions. Prior to working at Orrick, Ms. Dawson was an intern for the Office of the City Attorney in San Francisco and the Office of the General Counsel at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and was as Curatorial Assistant for the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University.

Professional Affiliations

Ms. Dawson is a member of the American Bar Association (Exempt Organizations Committee of the Tax Law Section), the California State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
